Famous 1960s teen heartthrob Bobby Sherman has passed away at the age of 81.

In early 2025, his wife Brigitte shared that Bobby had been diagnosed with Stage 4 kidney cancer. He died peacefully at home after battling stage 4 cancer, confirmed by his wife Brigitte Poublon and close friend John Stamos.

From Music to Public Service
After wrapping up his music and TV career, Bobby took a different path and became a trained EMT. He later joined the Los Angeles Police Department, where he focused on training officers in CPR and first aid.
On top of that, he co-founded the Brigitte & Bobby Sherman Children’s Foundation, which is dedicated to helping children in Ghana access education and healthcare.

Bobby Sherman was married twice throughout his life. His first marriage was to Patti Carnel in 1971, and together they welcomed two sons, Christopher and Tyler Sherman. Unfortunately, the couple parted ways in the late 1970s.
In 2010, Bobby tied the knot with his longtime partner, Brigitte Poublon. They went on to establish the Brigitte & Bobby Sherman Children’s Foundation, which is dedicated to improving education and healthcare for children in Ghana.
Known for his private and humble nature, Bobby chose to stay out of the limelight in his later years, focusing instead on his family and service to others.
